"It is a lovely hotel in a good location central to all Perth highlights. The shared areas are very welcoming, and the breakfast is good, with a variety of juice, fresh fruit, pastries, barista coffee, and muesli. It is very eco-conscious. "A very unique property with many extras, loved the building itself and its history. The continental breakfast was perfect, didn’t even need to use the Nespresso machine in the room to make morning coffee. Calamity’s Happy Hour was a bonus each evening and loved the fire pit. "

"The reception staff, although busy were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Sadly the bathroom shower was a problem. Water runs out of the glassed area, all over the floor. The drain is not taking the water and there was mould."

"The hotel was in a great spot for walking into Northbridge and Perth, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There is no parking so look up car parks nearby or if you’re lucky there is street parking outside the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. "
