"Staff at property was very accommodating and easy to work with. Trying to change my reservation type from pay later to pay now, to accommodate for an unexpected later check-in, was impossible due to hotel.com policy & software limitations, requiring me to cancel my reservation at the last minute & rebook. The time involved in coming to that conclusion with the hotel.com rep did not help the situation causing the travel delay."
