The staff at the desk were always pleasant and helpful with every question regarding local and airport transportation as well as luggage storage after checkout on my last day. Once in my room, it was quiet and the showers were hot no matter the time of day!"

The smell was so bad it was like mildew and cigarette. The fridge was busted. The bathroom door handle was busted and didn’t shut all the way. The breakfast was bagels and muffins. The staff was mostly friendly. I would never stay again. "
