"Lovely boutique style hotel with aspects that should not apply to a 5 star establishment. Had to ask housekeeping to replenish coffee capsules everyday, should really be done without asking. Waitress asked me to sign a breakfast tab each day, on checkout I was told that she had charged the incorrect amount on one of the days. Rather than acknowledge that this was their mistake and accept it they insisted that I pay the additional 84euros on a final bill of 3700 euros, not really a great...
