"Highly recommend this place due to.its location, cleanliness and amenities. It really helps that it has a washer and dryer. The only downer is there's no free parking in front before 6p but other than that, i really enjoyed staying there. "

"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

The views were splendid, the gardens were lovely as were all the interesting paths weaving around the grounds. The meal was outstanding, absolutely sensational, and it was lovely to share a meal with other guests - a welcome change from dining on seperate tables. Unfortunately the lady who showed us to our rooms on the afternoon of Wed 13th Sep was rather rude, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and obliging. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, tastefully and decorated in keeping with the building. Very comfortable beds, epic shower and bathroom. Double glazing and location and heavy velvet curtains cut road noise down to a muffled swish and sleeping was not an issue. We will certainly stay again.

Easy checkin and we were enthralled with the great location and stunning 180 views of the beach. Apartment was very tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfy and it was warm and cosy. Loved the spa bath and we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come back thank you :)

Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't ice cold how you usually want it in hotels, but I guess it's Dunedin so not a priority in the cold weather - 10/10 would stay again

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!
