The couple who own the place are so nice and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and homely. Spa is great to end the day and facilities are clean and functional. Would definitely recommend to others and will go back myself! All at a great price as well.

Everything was immaculate, the staff were LOVELY, we needed to arrive late, the key was left where it was easily accessible, the light was on in our room, the two pools are stunning! We are hot pool people. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the way down to Wellington, loved it so much we stayed on the way back up to Auckland. There are a LOT of choices in Taupo and this would be our pick, everytime.

We stayed in a Lake Villa and it was amaaaazing! We had 2 toddlers with us and it was perfect as there was an awesome back yard for them to run around in as well as an excellent playground and even an air bounce thingee which they loooved! The villa was very clean and had everything we could need - even to cook. They even had a dishwasher too! Staff were also very lovely and Cafe meals were beaaautiful! We will definitely be back.

It's a great place to call home for a few days. Well equipped for just staying in and relaxing. Full kitchen, complimentary DIY laundry and spacious. Staff are lovely and the garden is stunning. The private mineral pools are hot and private. Delightful!

A hidden gem right on the lake front. We had room 3 - stunning lake and mountain views! Location is just spot on for quick access to everything. Quite - no road noise, a spa tub in the room, excellent heating and a comfy bed to boot. What else can I say? Book it!
