Hotel California vibes when we arrived but turned into a lovely place to stay. Comfortable and spacious. Excellent view of the lake and surroundings. Private patio with table and chairs. Little beach just across recreational path. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Easy accessible parking. Just needs a little updating.

Great spot. Retro feel. Old but clean. Pool could be a bit warmer - I was hoping for a soak but it was not quite that kind of heat. But great for kids. Wifi was not good though. Not sure if that usual or only for the night I was there. Worth checking if this is important to you. Quiet and very scenic.

We had a lake front unit which had a lovely view and I loved the sound of the water at night. Easy access/parking, staff lovely, love the use of the millennium pools. My only issue was that noise travels between units and a family across from us with a baby crying constantly during the night kept waking us up.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was adequate. Had a swim in the pool water was a bit to hot so didn't stay in long but very nice. Walked in to town a long the lakes edge took 30mins most enjoyable. Will stay again for sure.

Cleanliness 10/10. Easy check in. However the walls between units are super thin so made going to sleep hard with the people next door up late. For the cost of the room compared to other hotels it was probably worth the money but next time i would stay somewhere with a bigger open plan room that was a bit quieter. If you feel the cold take extra blankets as there was only two very thin blankets on the bed.
