Clean, comfortable and convenient

Comfortable three night stay in this motel, with the lake across the road. Small dining table with a couple of easy chairs - needed to sit on the extra cushions to eat at the table. Comfortable, good sized bed. Small kitchenette with fridge-freezer, two ring hob, microwave, toaster and kettle - plus cutlery, crockery and utensils. Small en suite shower/toilet room with heated towel rail - plenty of hot water. The room is fronted by floor to ceiling glass sliding door and windows, so use the curtains for privacy/block out the sun. Room service was sporadic: one day but not another. Designated parking space. A few km from Taupo centre. A clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The PERFECT spot to stay in Taupo

We stay here every time we are in Taupo. Ross is a wonderful host, so friendly and obliging. The rooms are amazing…we stay in the beautiful ‘cottage’ most times. The motel is dog friendly so we bring are fur babies. Location is PERFECT. Love having the Two Mile Bay sailing club literally over the road.

Hidden Gem in Taupo

Great location! Two Mile Sailing club is right across the street. We found a great vreakfast spot in town called The Cozy Corner and Woolworth the grocery store is 4 minutes away. Super convenient location with plenty of activities to do in the area.
