The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins.
It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer!
The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous.

"Beautiful property with amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great swimable beach just steps away. Only complaint was not enough in-room hooks to hang wet towels, bathing suits, etc. Only two hooks in the bathroom and there was plenty of room to add more. Had to resort to hanging wet items off door knobs and patio furniture. Otherwise, a wonderful stay! "
"We enjoyed the convenience to the airport, shops, restaurants, town and central location to the points of interest. The property was well kept and we enjoyed the pathway along the beach, as well as, comfortable seating above the pool area. The walking path extending beyond the property toward the shops were questionable, notably people living in their vehicles along the water break and harbor. "

"Rich and Val were great hosts. There were snacks and water when we arrived. Snorkeling gear, beach towels, everything we needed. Clean and very comfortable! Great location, walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. "

"Stayed here with 8 members of our family. Lovely location. Great view! Very nice to stay there with family and to have a full kitchen-- saved money from having to eat out all the time. Comfortable and clean. Also, the elevator to the beach is very convenient. "
