"Cabin was clean and peaceful, although the drive up to the cabin was pretty steep and narrow (this is coming from someone who lives in a flat area!) The hot tub area was perfect with a huge hot tub & relaxing day bed. The shower was also great with good water pressure. I wasn't a big fan of the bed ...it was low & a little too soft for my back, but it definitely wasn't uncomfortable, just different from my firmer mattress. My husband and I really enjoyed the Angler Trail near the cabin that runs...

"Beautifully set-up home with lots of thoughtful touches. Most of our time was spent outdoors enjoying the river, hot tub, and the other outdoor amenities. Great for kids as the river is slow enough in parts for wading while also supporting adults in kayaks. Inside was well set-up for families with convenient sleeping arrangements for all. "Cabin was clean and peaceful, although the drive up to the cabin was pretty steep and narrow (this is coming from someone who lives in a flat area!) The hot tub area was perfect with a huge hot tub & relaxing day bed. The shower was also great with good water pressure. I wasn't a big fan of the bed ...it was low & a little too soft for my back, but it definitely wasn't uncomfortable, just different from my firmer mattress. My husband and I really enjoyed the Angler Trail near the cabin that runs along the creek. Nature all around and very romantic atmosphere. Nearest town is about 10 minutes away and has all you need with several great restaurants. Several good state parks within 30-45 minutes, and the Virginia Creeper Trail bike ride was super fun!! Strongly recommended staying here and enjoying all the cabin & the area have to offer :)"
