"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. "Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. The location is great-- only a half block away from local landmark Ben's Chili Bowl and a quick Uber away from the National Mall. The neighborhood is a classic DC neighborhood filled with colorful rehabbed row homes and we all enjoyed...

Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip."
