"Clean cozy room, functional kitchen and the host was communicative! "

"The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....

"We had a great stay! The cabin was clean and had just enough space for our family. We absolutely loved the setting with frequent wildlife sightings and great spaces to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The host was attentive and checked in often to give inspiration for restaurants and activities nearby. Berkeley Springs is close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to give you a true feeling of peace out in the woods. We loved our stay and are thankful to have found this little gem!"

"It’s a great place to stay if you want to get away from the big city noises but like the notes say it if about 20 minutes from everything. But we enjoyed the state park and Berkeley Springs. I would recommend going to the bath house."

"Very remote location- having a 4WD was helpful. Place was clean- no spiders or webs. The rental company was easy to communicate with. Would have been nice to have a space heater as the available heating is insufficient. Mattresses are a hard foam (some people may prefer this, but I was up all night). Much of the place has been renovated, but more is necessary. My adult daughter enjoyed our one night stay."

"My wife, our little family member dog Faith and I had a great time. We enjoyed the cabin a lot. The peace and quiet, cook outs on the beautiful deck, screened in porch, hot tub and the little town. Great get away! Plus, Tony from VRBO was an excellent host. Big help and quick communication response. We'll be back! :)"
