"Everything was amazing except for the burn hole in the sheets and the dirt that came out of the jacuzzi tub when we used it was nasty which was one of the main reasons we booked that room. "

"Yes it was fresh. The main hall was full so i was asked to use the second hall. I didn't like that the staff with a whole rack of laundry stood right in front of me chit chatting with another colleague at a very loud voice. I felt disappointed and disrespected and i left i went to have breakfast in my room. If you choose to use that hall you should instruct your staff to be mindful and respectful of guests who are looking to have their breakfast in peace"

"Great hotel. Wifi did not work in my room but worked everywhere else. Also, the cost of parking is insane! But overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay there again! "

"The room was very clean..The staff were very pleasant and check in was easy with No issues.. We were in Room 1618 and would like to say the view of The Falls was amazing ! The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Parking Fee of $50 Canadian per night.. This is the first time I’ve ever had to pay for parking at a Hotel that I’m staying at. "

"I have got an upgrade to the 29th floor with the most perfect view of the Niagara Falls. The staffs are very friendly especially Monica. Only the day when I checked in the beds are not really nice made up. It loks like the housekeeping made the beds in a rush. Breakfasts are very nice. The location is very central. I would highly recommend this hotel."
