"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"This is a quiet hotel in a spectacular setting. The grounds are beautiful. Stay in the Horneste suite for a private deck and amazing views! It would be better to have a car if visiting this property, but you can walk to the smaller (less popular) beach in 25 minutes. Use montransport com to reserve a transport to/from the train station, as I did not see any taxis in Gruissan."
