"The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a gap of several hours between getting back from the Ha Long Bay cruise and catching the overnights train. The hotel staff let us store our luggage even though we were no longer staying at the hotel. "

If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the pool is in the basement and it’s a bit cavernous. My room did not have a window, which I’ve never experienced before. Overall lived my stay."

"My room was clean,there wasn't any water placed in my room,however on check out I was asked to pay for using 3 bottles of water that I didn't consume. However I didn't pay as I explained there wasnt any bottled water there. The staff except for Ruby are well below average. Ruby went Above and Beyond to ensure my transport and safety needs were maintained throughout my stay in Vietnam. The area outside the hotel is safe,walkable and lots of shopping and dinning options. "

"Clean and in the middle of everything! Me and my partner enjoyed our stay here. There was live music and the drinks were good!! Most that stood out though is that the staff were very attentive. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Even recommended a time to when we should leave for the airport. 😄 There was also a mini parting gift which is really sweet. Really recommend!!"
