Nice hotel with nice staff and a good location) Can recommend it! Only thing which could be improved is the noise level from the neighbours (or construction workers) since it gets loud quite early in the morning.

Lovely shower and gorgeous balcony and surrounding alleyway. Quiet and off the street, the room is practical for a short stay such as ours. We will stay again. Beds are firm and comfortable.

Customer support is excellent. We love the place. The only "dislike" is it's a little tricky to enter the address to grab, you need to state "ngõ 2 Hàm Long", otherwise if you use your location, it will state "so 2 Ham Long"

There were water pressure and toilet issues. Also the main lobby bathroom floor was flooded and I stepped in the muck before realizing it. No apology from staff. Not enough hot water to fill bathtub even half full. 5th floor room has a lot of noise from the common kitchen across hall.
