"The service of the apartment is very good. The staffs are very friendly in providing consultancy and help. The kitchen facility is sufficient for doing self-cooking during a period of time. You could get all the ingredients from a supermarket within a 2-minute walking distance. The bus stop 12 of the hop-on-hop-off bus [redline] is about 15 minutes by foot. One improvement suggestion is that the pillows were too soft for us. It will be better if there are some alternative choices provided."

"Overall, very good. Easy access to the main train station across the street. Accessibility from the airport to the hotel was a breeze by train for a very reasonable price of under 5 Euro. Excellent panoramic view of the entire city from the top floor. Excellent front desk staff. Only negative I would say is the price of breakfast for 27 Euro I thought was way over priced for 1 person who only wanted eggs and bacon. Just skipped it. If you have an early morning flight, best to take an Uber...

"One of the best experience from the beginning to the end, especially the first impression front desk concierge Mr. Achmed, (sorry if I didn't spell his name right), but he made the whole experience fantastic, from getting tickets to the opera, recommending and getting reservation to the best restaurants, to knock at our room door to bring my wife a delicios chocolate cake to I wish her a happy b-day, I wish I can have this kind of employee in my business, he deserve everything about this review.
