Lovely heritage suite with lovely period features. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with high quality, locally sourced soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee, and tea. We felt safe and at home here. It was clean and cozy. Parking was very convenient, right out the back door of our suite. The staff was very responsive and helpful too. We are definitely returning here in future!

The Spinnakers Heritage House was an excellent place to stay while visiting Victoria. The room was absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the local soaps and tea. It is a great location - close enough to walk to downtown and cafes in West Vic. The staff was great and we enjoyed our complimentary truffles and beer flight at the pub. We would love to come back in the future - so sad to hear it will be closing!

The information on getting to and into our room was unclear (because of a recent ownership change). Expedia sent us incorrect information on checking in. We were able to make contact with the staff, who were very helpful and friendly with getting us set up. It would also be helpful if the property had a small sign to indicate that it is the correct location.

Heritage house was quiet and comfortable and quiet. Being an old house, it needs renovations which are currently being looked after. No air conditioner. And no fridge which is inconvenient if you have medication to be kept cool. Overall we enjoyed the stay so close to enjoyable walks close to water. However let it be known that it isn't affiliated with the Spinnaker Brew and Pub anymore, different owner. Parking also very tight.

We had an amazing weekend! Love that the pub was close and we could pop over for dinner or appy’s and a beer. After we checked out we sat on the deck and had lunch while we enjoy the waterfront views! Thank you so much for everything!

Check in and out was just a little confusing. We got it figured out though. Very quaint, clean, comfortable room. We didn’t have breakfast because we had to leave before the restaurant was open. I would suggest a small fridge or cooler be put in the room. Overall, we would recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Catherine Street property. There was a little confusion at first because the property is no longer part of Spinnakers Guesthouses and is now listed independently under Catherine Street. That being said, the staff were very helpful, and management kindly allowed me to check in early. The property was a lovely place to unwind while visiting Victoria. It is close to the harbour and within easy walking distance of Spinnakers, where I enjoyed wonderful food and service. The jetted tub and fireplace were especially appreciated, the bed was very comfortable, and the large windows filled the space with beautiful natural light. The property is older and currently undergoing some maintenance. My patio had a few holes that should be addressed, as they could become a safety concern. Aside from that, I was very happy with my stay and appreciated the comfort, location, and helpful service.

The guest house at Spinnakers is a unique experience. You can't beat the location and the view from our room was amazing. Our suite was very roomy and included a Jacuzzi tub. That said, the property could use some TLC and the mattress on the bed has seen better days. Overall recommended though.
