This is a stunning resort which makes you feel like you are in a different country. The decor is beautiful and sets the tone for a relaxing visit. All of the wildlife activity around the marina makes for a memorable stay.

We had a great time at the hotel. Customer service is excellent, food at the West Coast Grill was delicious and again great service. We had allergies and the staff were attentive and made sure the food was safe to eat.

Very nice building all around. Excellent restaurant and fitness center. I would recommend avoiding the side of the building with the public pay parking for the boat launch as it can be quite noisy early in the morning during boating season. Also, the showers have poor water pressure. But I would stay here again being more strategic about the room location for a quieter more enjoyable stay.

One of the most beautiful properties I visited. I wish I stayed longer. Nice restaurant, cafe and bar. Friendly staff. Great room, water closet separate from the shower and tub. Only small concern Is on-site parking. I arrived at 4:30pm there 2 spots left.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful, which was perfect for us traveling with a small child. The pool and hot tub were also a great bonus. We came to celebrate both my husband’s and our daughter’s birthdays. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of any birthday acknowledgment. We mentioned the birthdays at the restaurant, but were told that a cake had to be ordered in advance. At hotels and restaurants of this level, I’m used to a small complimentary dessert or simple birthday gesture from the staff, so I was surprised that neither birthday was acknowledged. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience.
