Great guest house with reasonable prices! The host is friendly and very quick to reach out to. Some house rules to follow, but they are pretty reasonable still. Would recommend anyone that would like to stay in Richmond area :)

I was surprised that the room did not have an ensuite. I was under the impression the bathroom was part of the bedroom area but it was not, so we had to go outside of the room to use the bathroom area. The TV was too low to view and streaming did not work so we were unable to watch anything due to bad connectivity. On a plus side, the owners were nice and accommodating and check in was easy.

This guest house is very clean and quiet, and the host cares a lot about his guests and does his best to make sure they feel like their home. I was a bit concerned as it was my first time in a guesthouse, but I ended up with extending my stay as I felt like being at home.

Owner is super kind

Carl, the owner, was very kind and friendly. We also met some very nice people from the UK who were also staying there. Carl instilled a respect for all people staying in the three rooms and it was very quiet. If you need a ride to the airport, Carl may be able to take you.

Good value if you just want somewhere clean and quiet to sleep in close proximity to airport. Home is in a residential area; there is nothing in close walking proximity for dining or shopping. Recommend the room with private ensuite. Carl, the owner, is friendly and helpful.

An excellent place to stay. The place is peaceful and quiet. I love the cleanliness the whole house but most especially our washroom. It is very pleasant and comfortable to use.
