This hotel puts allot of effort in to their guests stay. Beautiful traditional breakfast, live music of an evening, and a meditation session run by a Tibetan master. The rooms are just lovely. Excellent value. A highlight of our stay in Beijing.

Incredible breakfast buffet

I really had a good experience staying at this hotel. Location is great & walkable to food court, coffee & convenient shops. Rooms were very clean& service was five star. Highly recommended. We initially had stuffed up our booking & it was our fault, however Penny from customer service looked after us & made our trip memorable.

I stayed for one night and loved every minute of the stay. Visually it's a beautiful hotel. The artwork is world class and each floor has it's own unique theme. The room was on the 16th floor and was well laid out with everything needed including a few extras like a massage chair, fruit bowl and a mid-afternoon home made snack delivered to the room. Great service

Located in the city center, the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, and is very close to the subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and provide attentive service. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with a full range of modern amenities. This hotel is highly recommended.

Chao was a great 5 star hotel that really made our stay in Beijing. After a day sight seeing it was so relaxing to return to Chao for the evening. The pianist in the restaurant was excellent, food top quality and the breakfast was perfect to begin the day. The staff could not have been more helpful while Athena went above and beyond to help book tickets to the forbidden city. 10 out of 10.

This has the best gym l have ever seen in any hotel l have stayed in around the World. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my time too.

Totally enjoyed my stay. Hotel is about 1.2 km from Wangfunging, and around 700 metres to nearest Metro station, around 2 km walk to forbidden city and Tian’anmen square. I highly recommended hotel.

The premises are immaculate, staff are friendly and rooms are mint! Only issue is proximity to subways/convenience stores, it is a 10/15min walk, apart from that I would highly recommend this Hotel
