"Don't do a mistake. Never book this "amazing" Sea view villa. We stayed only 2 nights out of 6 we'd booked just because we had nowhere else to stay. As soon as we found a decent place to stay we left this awful place. First of all the view from our balcony was like in the middle of a building lot. On the edge of our balcony, I mean right next to it - they had massive construction going on. From early morning to 10:30 PM construction was in full swing with all the noise that comes with it. "Lovely place to stay in the jungle and an easy and interesting 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach of Dalawella. Asoka and his staff go the extra mile to make sure you have all you need to have a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Stayed three weeks and would happily have stayed another three! If you're looking for nightlife this isn't the place for you, but for comfort, peace and tranquility, this is the place to go. Can only highly recommend. "

"Me and mother visited Unawatuna in April and we have chosen the Dionis Villa because the location of the villa seemed very convenient. Indeed we found it very suitable for all our needs! Waves are pretty strong at Unawatuna beach so we walked to the stunning Jungle beach which is just about 10 minutes walk from the villa. "The check-in for this property is very problematic. Note that their credit card reader doesn’t always work. And they are very lucky if you try to pay with cash about the condition of your bills. The slightest crease on a bill and they won’t take it. This makes paying for the property difficult and a completely unnecessary headache. "
