"Super friendly staff and beautiful view from the room"

"Had to wait over an hour past posted check in time. Was told some story about the AC, but, seems it was housekeeping as the floors were wet when we finally checked in. Room was run down..biggest issue was that neither of the two showers drained properly. In fact, sewage came up and created an offensive odor. This was reported to the front desk and repairs were attempted, but not done properly. So, the room still smelled BAD. Also, the workman left a BIG mess. I had to go to the front desk to ask to have it cleaned. While the manager was interested in our stay, all he did was provide a late day fruit plate! No thanks. Avoid this place. It is over priced for what you get. One of my worst stays ever."

"Really comfortable room with ocean view balcony, huge bathroom with nice bathtub. The hotel is beautiful with perfect facilities. The food is amazing and special note for the staff, so nice and caring. We had an amazing stay thanks to them. And now we know how to cook curry with their cooking class 😍"
