Worst Check in experience in Korea
Terrible hotel. Crazy service. Bad manner of check-in staff. There were a lady and a man, the man is extremely bad in manner. When I checked in, the bad check-in stupid crazy male staff just shouted at me with very unfriendly, impolite and unprofessional way. I can’t believe a 5 star hotel hires this kind of person. And he should shame of himself and shame of Being a Korean

Room Too Hot!
The room temperature was too hot and could not be adjusted independently from other rooms. The hotel provided a fan and a humidifier but it didnt feel good enough for a 5 star hotel.

I have found this hotel to be excellent in every aspect. My room was attended everyday and was impeccably clean when I used to return everyday after my work. The room was very quite, AC was efficient, food in the morning breakfast was good and front desk service was super efficient. I will stay in this hotel whenever I will visit Ulsan again.

Room temperature too hot.
Room temperature was too hot. The only solution was to give us two fans. At one point the temperature was 30 C. The staff was excellent. The problem was with the air conditioning.

Used to be a great hotel but getting old.
It used to be a great hotel but comparing with new other hotels and motels, I don't see any reason staying there next time. First, lobby used to be bigger and wide open. Restaurant was open connected before. But now I can see that they separated restaurant with wall and used that other space for other reason. I also didn't like to see sales products next front counter also. Room is ok until I found out that bathroom sink was filled with soap water and used soap. I don't know if cleaner didn't finish clean up or someone temporary checked in and left for different room. I could see that there was some dirt on the bed also. I would go another hotel from now on. I think newer Motel will be better condition based on my experience and friends feedback.
