We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was smooth, the room was great with all the amenities needed. Very spacious and clean as well. The gym was also very nice and hotel location is close to many shops and stores.

Orakai Insadong Suites locates in a convenient location for our visit. It is close to transportations and within walking distance to the palaces. Lots of options for dining. The place is clean and spacious. It also has a sizable indoor pool.

Orakai Insadong Suites was a great place to stay. The apartment was very spacious, with a separate living room / kitchen that had a washer dryer and even a toaster! It was superbly placed for the subway and plentiful local restaurants, the Hanok village area and lots of shops. We stayed in Seoul on two occasions for several nights each time. Unfortunately we stayed in a different hotel for our second stay, but we wished we had returned to Orakai Insadong. It was altogether better accommodation, better positioned and better priced than our second choice! Great and helpful staff too.

Great for families travelling together wanting to stay in condo-like setup but still have a hotel. Great gym. Good location. We were on 13th floor, the next door building construction noise wasn't an issue.

Great location, in the middle of lots of shopping and food options. Subway stations are pretty close and within walking distance including some of the main touristy areas. Staff was very helpful and nice, amenities and rooms are looking a tad outdated but they are big and spacious. If back in Seoul I may stay here again, you can't have a better location.

We stayed for 1 week. The property has great location and very spacious suites, renovated and we loved this part. The staff was friendly and helpful. One deficiency was somewhat limited breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal since there is overabundance of restaurants in the area, so you don’t need to include it. Remember that these are like apartment units not the hotel, so while it is super convenient you also need to get some extra of the basic things like tea or coffee, tissue etc. bit there is washer in the unit and everything is available in a convenience store. Generally I loved the stay and would recommend it

The property location was good. Nice quiet area away from crowds. The hotel rooms need a refresh. Nicer furniture and needs updating like fresh paint and more modern furnishings. Convenient coffee shop downstairs. The breakfast room needs to stay open longer. The price on Expedia said $189/ nite but I was charged $232/ nite. That’s a lot of tax

My home away from home. Great for large families and super clean. The indoor pool and sauna was a plus. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. It’s conveniently located near a coffee bean and in the cutest neighborhood. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay when visiting Seoul. Just outside the main bustle, but only 5 minutes away from all main hubs and key areas to visit. Suites are very good and lots of room too. Really good gym / fitness centre with plenty of weights, treadmills, strength machines - definitely one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to. Also has a swimming pool and sauna which we didn’t have time to checkout. Friendly staff and smooth check in and out.

It’s an apartment hotel, it’s got basic kitchen items, like plates and pots and knives. But no paper towels, napkins, detergent for washing machine, salt/pepper, oil. It’s a bare bones as beyond utensils. No coffeemaker or coffee which is surprising for such an expensive place. Rooms were clean and spacious, and location is great if you want to have place in insadong while traveling with larger families.
