"Hotel very convenient for my needs and the room in the courtyard was. Quiet and clean - however nowhere to hang clothes which was surprising. Even a couple of hooks would have been welcome. Bed extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the freshly cooked to order breakfast very good. There was no food on a Monday so ate at the pub just over the road as recommended and it was delicious. "

"Fabulous property, minutes from Ridgeway and fabulous walks. Decent pub with food at the bottom of the lane. We accidentally locked ourselves out on our first night, keys arrived within minutes, nothing was a problem even though it was 9pm. Very kind generous hosts, highly recommended. "

"We stayed in this stunning property for the weekend and we loved it. It is so beautifully presented with gorgeous interior design and the space you need. We loved the main living area as everyone was easily accommodated, with plenty of comfortable seating, so they didn't miss out on the chat/TV or whatever. Each bedroom having an ensuite was fantastic and these were beautifully decorated to match the high standard of the other areas in the house. It's a lovely location to walk out the door in the countryside. There is also a fantastic local pub - The Eagle - a 5 minute walk from the property. We'd definitely recommended this property and intend to book again."

The spaced out bedroom arrangements suited us brilliantly. The log fire was great and the kitchen had everything needed. The bathrooms are lovely to use. All round it was great"
