"Chris the owner was terrific. Gave us very detailed check in directions. In addition, Chris gave us good recommendations for dinner and beaches to visit. Location is very good, close to Sapphire beach, Lindquist beach and Red Hook. Villa had everything you could need including beach chairs which came in handy. Dinner at Old Stone Farmhouse was excellent as was Dinner at Pangea which is right on property. We rented a car which I would also recommend although there is a taxi stand walking...

"Great place to spend a few days with the kids…. The unit was on 5th floor of the back building with a nice view of the water…. Very clean 2 bedrooms with two queens in the guest room…. New washer and dryer, very updated unit… loved it. Service at the hotel was great… best place to stay on St. Thomas!!! Would definitely go back…"

"My wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary in this beautiful villa. The owner Chris is beyond helpful and so easy to work with! Everything listed is accurate and we used this location, along with a rental car, to explore St. Thomas and St. John (used the car barge). The villa was exceptionally clean and the view is breathtaking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Pretty good place to stay, esp. for the price point. Room was nice and as advertised. Upper pool is definitely a yes and better than lower pool. Only minor complaint had to do with check in. When we arrived a few hrs earlier that the 4pm check in the lady at front desk said she would let us know when our room was ready. We went and grabbed food and drinks, no problem. Front desk never called. I checked back in a couple hours later only to learn room had been ready for quite sometime. No pool...
