"This place was perfect for our family. Everyone had comfortable space and their own bathrooms. Great views off patio and the best rocking loungers. Beautiful ocean breezes in the evening. Location is close to Red Hook with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach was nice with great snorkeling on the left side. Pool is nice and large. Would definitely come back."

"Spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Beach area was nice and quiet. Very close to Red Hook and ferry. In a good location on the island. Restaurants onsite were spendy, but convenient. Rent your snorkel gear here and take to other beaches with you. My son snorkeled and saw sleeping nurse sharks as well as many different types of fish. "This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Kim's place and hopefully will be more. We've stayed at multiple properties in Cowpet and really like Kim's. First, its 4BR which we need. "We brought our daughter and a friend for her birthday. We had a great trip. The condo is wonderfully laid out with everything you need. We were very comfortable. The beach, pool, and restaurants were excellent and convenient to have nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was AMAZING! Jessica and Rosie are absolutely the BEST!! We took our daughter to the USVI for her high school graduation gift. The condo had everything anyone could possibly need-you could just stay on the property and enjoy the resort amenities. We had the best of both worlds- enjoyed the amenities and explored other islands (snorkeling in St. John, traveling to the BVI, etc). It was a magical week with wonderful family memories we will remember for a lifetime!!"

"This is a clean, spacious, well appointed condo in a very desirable area close to the ocean. We had two issues which resulted in a less than 10/10 rating. The first is that where I come from "on the beach" means you are actually on the waterfront. While the resort is "on the beach" (which is great) the actual condo you are renting is on the back side of the property a good 200 yards and 8 staircases from the water.
