"This house is beautiful and the view is unreal! The host was very responsive and polite and made us feel welcome. "

"Our host, Jerscillia, was professional, prompt, and attentive to our needs. The property was clean and safe for our family of 15, including 6 children under 12. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, allowing us to make most meals at home. There were plenty of places for groups to sit and visit, both indoors and outdoors. The “grandparents” enjoyed having a separate “cottage” outside the main house. It is about a 30-minute drive to the airport along narrow, twisting mountain roads, but I highly recommend renting a car because nothing is within walking distance (Secret Harbor Beach is a short distance away, but it's not safe for children to walk along narrow roads). We enjoyed the surrounding beaches and ferry ride from Red Hook to St. John’s. Moes Grocery in Red Hook is convenient, yet pricey.We were caught in the FAA flight ban over the Caribbean in January 2026, and all our flights were cancelled. It took five days to get everyone out, and Jerscillia was gracious to let us stay one additional night before the next party checked in. She also offered to help us find other accommodation until we could get out. Overall, this is a great property for a family reunion, especially one with small children. Book it! "

"We had a great relaxing vacation. The house was very clean. We loved the huge patio. It was like a living room outside. The bed was super comfortable. The house even had beach supplies like snorkels, pool noodles, floating rafts and more. It was nice having two restaurants on the resort and the beach just a short walk from the house. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for spaciousnress and convenience."

"From the moment we arrived, it was clear this St. Thomas home was something special. We traveled with three families, fifteen people total, with kids ranging from eleven to eighteen, and the house could not have been better suited for a group our size.The layout is exceptional. There are multiple kitchen spaces that made cooking, gathering easy without crowding, and the bathrooms are spacious and plentiful, which mattered a lot with a house full of teenagers. There is plenty of room to be together for meals, games, and sunsets, while also having enough separation that no one ever felt on top of each other. Whether it was kids playing cards on one level, adults cooking and talking in the kitchen, or quiet moments on the terraces, the home effortlessly supported every version of togetherness and relaxation.The location is ideal. Close to Red Hook, beaches, and restaurants, everything felt convenient without sacrificing privacy or tranquility. And the views are simply unmatched. The sunset views from this home are, without exaggeration, the best we saw on the island. Every evening became an event, with everyone naturally gravitating outside as the sky changed colors over the water.Communication was easy, clear, and thoughtful from start to finish with Connor, who helps you with your stay. They were tremendously helpful before and during our stay, offering guidance, answering questions quickly and helping with anything and making us feel genuinely cared for. We will be back!"
