"Was a fabulous stay staff was real friendly accommodating at every chance we loved a lot of them. The grounds had a beautiful island feel with the gardens right out the window the view was breathtaking every morning. We walked the emerald beach every night under 🌝 moonlight all and all living in a picture or a dream."

"We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and had to move to another unit second day of stay. Called in the morning to report leak. No one told us we had to move to another unit till 3 pm in the afternoon while we were getting ready to go to St. John for dinner reservations. We had to move all of our stuff at 9:30 at night along with all the groceries we Chad just purchased. Very inconvenient. The attendant helping hardly lifted a finger to help. No compensation for this inconvenience. Told the general manager was not available to speak with us on a Monday when we checked out. In my opinion they should have been ready to compensate us upon checkout. Instead attendant gave a fake name and asked us to email about our inconvenience of changing rooms. "
