"It was great to have the option to stick around the hotel and have snacks, drinks and meals at your fingertips. The hotel is far away feom the tourism bustle, which was great. The staff was the star of the show. Especially the pool bartender greg. Yall were amazing"

"I really feel the property was nicely maintained. when it came to the customer service part, the front desk seemed very rude not inviting to the people coming into the resort. I came in very friendly excited for my trip, but the atmosphere around at the time really let me down. But the restaurant on the other hand at the resort was very welcoming and inviting."

"I had a great time at this hotel. It was quite picturesque, well maintained and stunning views! Ticked all my boxes- beachfront, sunsets, soft sand, snorkeling. The food was delicious, the drinks cool and refreshing and the staff amazing! I stayed in one of the beachfront villas. It's the way to go! Air conditioned, full kitchen, living and dining areas, large bathroom ane bedroom, private patio and the beachfront patio with tables and lounge chairs. A great week. I can't wait to return!"

"Checkin was smooth, but once we got to our room, we noticed one of the ceiling fans was not fully connected to the ceiling. There were never any towels by the pool & we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our second night there, we wanted to take a shower after being at the beach/pool all day & there was no water!! We literally had to wait until the morning to shower! Also, I truly believe someone stole a pair of clothing from my suitcase when they came to "clean" the room! When I told the lady at the front desk about the issues, she didn't seem to care, nor did she offer any discounts. This was our first time staying there & definitely our last! The customer service is non-existent & the resort is trash! Do not waste your money here!"

"Quiet. Peaceful. Beautiful. All this and more! The house is charming and secluded from its neighbors. The pool is a welcome addition. And the view is amazing!Kitchen is nicely equipped and the ice machine kept us well supplied. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable with the outdoor bathroom a hit. TVs with streaming options are a nice touch. The property manager (owner?) was attentive and very helpful. On short notice she obtained some beautiful flowers (grown and arranged by a local florist) and placed them in the house prior to check in. Very nice!"

"The house was absolutely spectacular! We had such a lovely time relaxing by the pool, dining alfresco with the sound of the waves, enjoying the beautiful views, amazing snorkling, and more. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Jonathan and Barbara were excellent hosts and even provided a pack n play when ours was lost in transit. The house was great for our 3-year old who loved chasing the lizards and “crabbies” (hermit crabs). He even got a special visit from Jonathan’s rescued turtle. We love Cane Bay, especially dining at The Landing and enjoying cocktails on the beach. The location of the house was perfect. We can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back. "
