Cleanness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. The beach at Morningstar Bay was just wonderful, turquoise water, waves were gentle, clean white sand beach. We had a wonderful vacation there.

Upon arrival to our room the floor between the beds had peanuts and peanut piees on the carpeting - had not been cleaned from the prior rentors. What was good? Reese and Emily at the pool bar - outstanding customer service - their attitudes are amazing and strive to keep all customers happy.
