This hotel is wonderful in a beautiful treed area leading up to Piazza d' Michelangelo. Mini bar is free and Happy hour (s) occurs each night in the garden with free wine and beer and plentiful finger food. Breakfast is the best we have had in Europe!

Excellent location and staff

Excellent place to stay. A little walk out of the main city area but not to far. Breakfast were very good. Staff very friendly and obĺiging and nothing was too much trouɓle. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing experience staying here! The villa is stunning you feel like you’re living as royalty. The gardens are beautiful despite the extreme heat of Italy. Don’t miss a sunset in the gardens. We had dinner twice, both nights had lovely food and service. The Buffett breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay. The shuttle that takes you into town is such a good idea. Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. It had a big balcony where we could see the gardens and sunset which created a great memory. Great spot, easy parking

A top hotel for an amazing city - we adored our stay here for two nights. Special mention to Angelo, Alice and Alessia for helping us have a great stay.

We had an amazing room overlooking the Piazza. There was some noise from the activities going on till midnight which might bother young families but as a family of four with slightly older kids we loved everything about it. It had such a great atmosphere, staff were friendly and breakfast each day was great. I definitely stay again if we're ever back in Florence.

The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend

Beautiful room decor, with the room and bathroom spotlessly clean and very comfortable and pleasing. The location was excellent, close to the train station, right on the Santa Maria Novella Piazza, and, an easy walk to almost everything. One of the best boutique hotels we have stayed at anywhere. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable. Good location to train station and all iconic attractions . We will be recommending this hotel to our friends or anyone really. Well done! Bonus was the wine and goodies offered to all guests.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. The hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle into town for guests which is great.

This hotel was handy to everything so we were able to walk to everything in Florence. The staff were amazing , Bed was very comfortable.

nice hotel, room was spacious and comfortable, modern interior. the hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious, the rooftop pool was unfortunately closed (during winter) but the views from the top are excellent.

This was a last minute booking and I didn’t have much time there due to an early morning flight. But the service was excellent, room clean and had all the amenities needed. Rooftop bar was a bonus with great views and of course an Aperativo. Would def recommend

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Clean comfy room, beautiful ensuite and free tea/coffee, iced tea and snacks downstairs from 4pm to 8pm. There are biscuits, donuts, cakes, sandwiches, potato chips and peanuts. Then there is breakfast which was fabulous. Staff very helpful and easy to get to hotel. Best budget hotel we have stayed in. Worth 5 stars!

Quiet small hotel in the city heart, very delicious breakfasts! Hotel has the unique story and design. Highly recommended!
