This comfortable and spacious studio, located on the second floor of our beach front vacation rental property, features a breathtaking garden view and cool ocean breeze that flows thru the space.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, with a panoramic view of the surrounding gardens, double bed and 2 twin beds, and a balcony from where to enjoy breezy siestas.

Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, just steps away from the turquoise ocean and one of the best beaches in Tulum, it is ideal for couples, familis or groups of friends.

This is the perfect vacation rental to relax on the pristine beach, walk to the trendy restaurants & shops that are just a short distance away , visit the Sian Kaaán biosphere, the natural sweet water sinkholes and other natural attractions that are just a short drive away.
