"first of all the address given was incorrect, and they didn’t provide the actual name of the condominium which is the waves tulum. secondly, we weren’t given a run down of the amenities which included a gym on site and a second pool. our room didn’t have WiFi, hand soap, or body wash, and when we tried to get fresh clean towels they were not in available. Will definitely not be staying here again."

"We loved our stay at Little Gem while visiting Tulum. Nestor and Romina were incredibly helpful in guiding us toward restaurants within walking distance as well as recommending beach clubs. Super grateful for the gracious hospitality, the clean rooms, and the quiet courtyard. "

"Clean room, great staff, use WhatsApp to organize anything that you need from fresh towels, to taxi rides anywhere! Notable mention, the breakfast was top tier!!! Mimosas weren’t on the menu so you’ll have to ask but they are delicious!!!!!! "

"I loved that everything was nearby and within walking distance to downtown Tulum. There were lots of nearby food options, including great restaurants. The property was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the rooms were nice, and the rooftop pool was perfect!"

"I really like our stay at Trece Lunas. Claudia was our concierge, very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and within the same day the toilet was fixed. Trece Lunas is a small place with I believe 6 units, it is very calm and quiet. I’ve barely seen other clients during my stay, the pool was rarely occupied. The staff is very friendly, our cleaning lady was cleaning the room thoroughly and making the bed every day, she was also always changing out our bath and beach...

"Amazing hotel…. Staff was super helpful and welcoming made me feel at home!!! From Jose at check in to Daniel at the desk for anything I needed! Overall the stay was amazing! Tommy at the restaurant was also a great server and host along with Daniel to.. Overall the stay was the best and highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum for the first time!!! I plan on being back again!"

"Check in was smooth, room and outdoor patio was clean, ample space for a studio size. Plunge pool was able to be lit at night by switch but was not able to have filter or pump engaged. On site bar/food poolside was decent. Overall nice place to stay if you are looking to do activities during the day and have a peaceful night's rest since daytime is consumed by ongoing construction not on site but the surrounding neighborhood as the area is being developed. "
