"The roads around the property were very bad. The water in the individual jacuzzi attached to my room was not clean at all. I had brought it up to the reception but nothing was done. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very nice. It was a very enjoyable time for me."

"We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"

"The condo was great, comfortable, clean and in a good location. It was an easy walk to the beach hotel area with restaurants and shopping. Well stocked kitchen great A/C with a personal cooling pool and access to gym and the larger rooftop pools for swimming laps and cool skybridge.
