"It’s a good hotel. The main gripe I have is that they seem to routinely have parties/events in their courtyard on weekend evenings which are incredibly loud and go on until midnight. The idea that a hotel is fine with hosting loud parties at the expense of their guests who booked courtyard facing rooms is pretty off putting to me. I’d probably return to this hotel if I could book one of their outward facing rooms, as everything about the room itself was great. Always bring earplugs folks. "

"Our family of 4 stayed in a suite for 4 nights, the room is very big and nice. Kids love it, of course the price is there. Two things I don’t like, the shower room door bottom leaking . And at last day we found a cockroach near the door, that’s ready disgusting."

"Room is dated however in general clean. We had to change rooms twice due to the cigarette smell in some of the room. Staff was very helpful and tried to fulfill request at their best. Hotel had so much potential with a facility upgrade eg furniture absorbing cigarette smells and water pipes with better water pressure in the shower. The water pressure in the bathroom sink had better pressure than the shower head. Great shuttle bus service and bus stop to tsuen wan is right opposite hotel. Close to airport. Wouldn’t fault for this price but this place has so much more potential than it currently presents "

"I booked a deluxe Harbor view room. When I checked in, they gave me a room on 6th floor literally parking lot view with 2 big cruises boat parked on each side of the parking lot. I went down to the front desk and ask for a room change. The front desk ask what was wrong with the room. I told him I booked a deluxe harbor view room not a parking lot view. He changed to the same room but 15th floor. Not ideal but acceptable. Other than that, everything else was great!"
