"This property needs a major refresh. The carpets are coming up at the seams in the hallways, walls look dirty, beds are like sleeping on boards and pillows are bricks. Probably a once beautiful place but now tired and old looking. Not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. Bathroom grouting is rough and the bathtub has patches where the finish has come off. Very few amenities. Property does not hold up to other Disney hotels unfortunately. I cannot fault the staff though. Super helpful and friendly!!"

"Everything was exceptional .We loved the breakfast .The room is very clean ,bed sheets and towels .The staff was very courteous ,very pleasant , helpful .I can recommend and come back again .The location was great ."
