"Staff are very helpful and friendly hands down. Rooms are very tiny including restrooms. It needed a cleaner environment and smell. We all have bites from mosquitoes or bed bugs which were not sure.. The family adjoining rooms are not up to the standard that I have always known from US. The pool which is one of the reasons why I picked the hotel is with $40 charge per person and you have at least 10 minutes walk to the entrance. Gym is free but it is also located from the pool building which is quite a walk from where we were staying."

"Extremely friendly staff, excellent location, lots of restaurants around, 3 min walk to laundry with same day service, local market nearby, allow free luggage storage if need to travel to other places during stay, provide discounts in hotel restaurant for house guests, walkway to adjacent shopping mall with subway below, no need to go outside."

"The hotel was exactly what you see in the pictures. Keep in mind you can’t compare pears with apples, therefore, avoid paying attention to reviews complaining about appearance. Anyway, they provide shuttle services to the mall, where you can catch the MTR, it has a pool, room service, and if like me, I needed a place to sleep as I loved leaving all day to explore the city."

"I highly recommend this excellent Hotel it’s so clean..Staff so helpful front desk & especially to night shift duty helping out luggage’s. Outdoor so clean although we don’t used the pool. Areas so convenient shopping malls and my Grandchildren enjoyed playing in the arcade area’s..For sure will come back soon & staying this Hotel again.."

"3star property located on a one way street with auto repair shops and car parking structure. Hard to get a taxi but 8minute walk to Lai Chi Kok train station"

"I love this area as it is the central of the place that have restauarnts, basketball court, shopping mall and even spa massage. Super convenience. The only thing I don't like is shower tub is bit old and takes a quite long time to find staffs."

"The room was clean overall. But some dirt and clusters of dusts were found at the corners and under the bed. A dead cockroach was found on the hallway in one morning. Of course, that’s part of the rural life. I did enjoy my stay at this place."
