I had an amazing stay even through a typhoon. Room was clean, staff were pleasant, the views were amazing, the shopping directly below made me broke. I can’t wait to visit K11 Artus again.

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

Best victoria Harbor view west facing

Hotel was superb especially the location is beside k11 musea. The room we stayed was so nice especially the view. concierge and service was excellent. We celebrated my birthday and mothers day. Only problem is if you need room service, there is none availsble you need to order from app or in the mall, but mall closes around 8-9pm thats my only comment also breakfast option so little no salad vegetable options.

Relaxing Staycation

We stayed in Harbor Studio. The room is massive! with a very decent equipped kitchen (standard fridge, oven, rice cooker, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with steam pipe for milk frothing etc etc) Excellent living room which can sit at least 6 people. Bed is facing the Victoria Harbor. Shower also facing the Harbor. I felt like I was in a cruise ship. You can basically order almost food from K11 Musea restaurants from the TV with free delivery. There is also a supermarket in K11 Musea. Although K11 Artus doesnt have a proper restaurant, but you can get all kind of food from the mall, so it doesn't really bother me. The check-in is at 10/F, very nice deco with lots of art pieces. staff are super friendly and helpful. I recommend joining the art tour, the staff will give you a brief introduction to some of the nice art in the hotel, starting from the Ground floor lobby to 10/F check-in area and further to an exclusive room with collectable treasures. The only "things to improve" I can think of is, maybe the TV movie options. I wish they have a good selection of movie on demand on their TV. You can't airplay Netflix on the TV so all you can watch are just TV channels.
