"The staffs were so friendly and helpful, also the hotel have everything we needed. The location is really close by to the tube which makes easier for us to travel around."
"Room was nice, well equipped and located well. However it wasn't ready on arrival, despite paying for early check in and turning up after 3pm (usual check in time).
The air con was centrally managed and couldn't be changed, no windows could be opened which meant the room was incredibly warm and stuffy. We did ask if it could be changed and was apparently as low as it could be."

"Really lovely place to stay, staff were so helpful from helping with travel as well as giving ideas for activities. Room was beautiful, the bed was really spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. Great place to stay for concerts at the O2, I will definitely be back!"
