Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Walking distance to the sights. Jogging distance to the parks - El Retiro, Parc del Oueste. Roof top bar has a nice ambience and view. Only downside is Lift is small and there is only one.
