"Excellent stay in this great country house surrounded by citrus trees. The house has two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen / dining area. Views from the large terrace on Mt Etna and on the sea from the front side are priceless. A car is indispensable. Easy to reach by country roads not far from Messina / Catania autostrada. Mario and Angela are wonderful hosts."

"The property is typically Sicilian so if you’re expecting contemporary and luxury this is not for you, if you want to feel like you’re in Sicily and experiencing their culture this is fabulous. Beautiful grounds, lots of lovely areas to sit and enjoy the scenery. You do need a car aa there is nowhere to walk to from the villa. We didn’t hire a car - as an all girl party and Sonia and her sister were simply amazing, arranging transfers from the airport, trip into Taromino, boat trip and more -...

"We stayed at villa carlino in the “Esclusivo ” apartment for 3 nights . The grounds were beautiful, the bedrooms / bathrooms were comfortable and all was clean . Unfortunately it rained for 2 days while we were there and we couldn’t enjoy the pool . It would have been nice to have an indoor hang out area ( living room ) where all six of us could fit . The location is great for getting to Etna and Taormina ."

"The house was perfect! We rented both the lower level and upper level apartments. Both were immaculately clean and very spacious. We enjoyed dinner and drinks on the fantastic terrace with the best view on the Taormina gulf. It was also a perfect location, near the center of town, the steps to the beach and transportation. "A spacious and well appointed apartment within the Villa. The views from the terrace are spectacular and overlook the Giardini Naxos bay all the way to the Cape of Taormina. From the terrace of the main bedroom there is also a wonderful view of Mt Etna in all her glory. "We had a lovely 10 days in your clean, spacious villa. Perfect for a family of two adults and two teenagers looking to relax and explore the beautiful island of Sicily. We loved the 4x4 tour of etna you organised for us and we explored the local towns and villages. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the food good and inexpensive. The Lido, just across the road was very welcoming and a great place to swim though the fantastic villa garden was also well used. Dinner on the roof terrace...
