"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the decor throughout. Clean rooms, the bathroom was awesome in our room. The room we had was second floor and was oceanview with balcony, beautiful. We kept doors open at night for fresh air, very noisy with traffic but the sound of waves was lovely. There on a Friday Saturday night so it's to be accepted and sleeping with earplugs makes it okay. Bed was comfortable. Awesome breakfast! I'd stay again if ever in the area again....

"This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. "The place is a gem, service is personally handled and speak to Miriam who is a professional and splendid customer service person with serious experience. The food is excellent, location is very nice, just be aware it is on the right side of a Pizzeria where you have to climb up stairs. I did advise them to put a sign as there was no sign and you have to climb up some stairs it is on the top. Splendid hotel with a personal service that is hard to beat. Strongly recommend this hotel."
