"This house has it all! Lots of space to spread out, beautiful views, lots of kitchen necessities, and supplies to get our week started. The host, Kyle, was super responsive to our needs and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our family enjoyed this property so much and hope we can return! "

"My husband and i wanted a night for one night and this place was just perfect. Plenty of good parking and the room was very modern and clean. The property was very quiet and well kept. ITS A GEM! We kind of laughed when we walked in...the room was probably 14x14...small but sweet...we didnt need a huge riom. We will definitely come back to This motel and recommend to friends."

"Steps to the Sea was a great house for our family vacation. The house is beautifully updated/decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. And the beach was great and not crowded!! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions both during booking and our stay. "We had a great time at topsail! The beach was a very short walk away. The sound view was excellent! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded and we rented kayaks for a day and had a wonderful time. The house had great starter essentials and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms! The host was very friendly!"

"There were 7 of us and two dogs. This house was wonderful. The two floor setup was great. My husband loved the "crows nest" couch overlooking the beach and living area. The elevator was so helpful for my 80 year old Mom, as well as packing and groceries. The view from the deck and the few steps to the beach were glorious!!"
