"This beach house was a great location for our family, right on the beach and not far to restaurants, grocery and shopping. We really had a great time playing on the beach, which is beautiful and spacious. There is a public beach access right next to the house but the beach was never crowded. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of pots, pans, etc. Everything was clean. My only two things with the house was that the beds upstairs are very lumpy and soft so if you prefer a firm mattress you may want to know that in advance, and the whole house shakes when the washing machine is on spin cycle. Other than that, the house was great for me, my husband, 3 kids and 2 grandparents. "

"This is right on the beach, spacious, clean, lots of amenities, close to surf city. Definitely would recommend this for anyone! Larry had great communication if we needed any thing. "

"This house has it all! Lots of space to spread out, beautiful views, lots of kitchen necessities, and supplies to get our week started. The host, Kyle, was super responsive to our needs and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our family enjoyed this property so much and hope we can return! "

"My husband and i wanted a night for one night and this place was just perfect. Plenty of good parking and the room was very modern and clean. The property was very quiet and well kept. ITS A GEM! We kind of laughed when we walked in...the room was probably 14x14...small but sweet...we didnt need a huge riom. We will definitely come back to This motel and recommend to friends."

And the beach was great and not crowded!! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions both during booking and our stay. "We had a great time at topsail! The beach was a very short walk away. The sound view was excellent! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded and we rented kayaks for a day and had a wonderful time. The house had great starter essentials and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms! The host was very friendly!"
