Staff are consistently considerate, professional, and are clearly hardworking. The location is perfect for ease of access to the metro and the JR Line and walking distance to Tokyo Tower and dining options. My room had a great view of Tokyo Tower with Mount Fuji in the distance. Happy to stay there again.

Very zen, huge beautiful entrance. Not too much English speaking from the staff but they definitely are patient. The rooms are decent size, the city view is worth booking. The hotel is literally connected to Shinbashi station which is even more convenient. Very well secured and safe. Great for a first hotel booking in Japan!

1. Location : great. Easy walk to Ginza and access to pretty much all train lines. 2. Staff: excellent; courteous and always willing to help. 3. Rooms : are definitely small and had musty / moldy smell. In spite of sharing this feedback on Day 1 and getting a letter indicating rooms will be changed, there was nothing that was done. This is definitely an area of improvement.

The hotel service was outstanding. I felt that we got much more than what we paid for in terms of service and accommodations. The hotel location is great as well due to its proximity to the train station and several shopping malls. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the Japanese Jr Suite. The room was incredible. It was much much bigger than most of the rooms you will find in Tokyo and very nice with amazing views of the city. You can see Tokyo tower from the room, and on a very clear day you can see Mt Fuji. Shimbashi station is right below the hotel so it is a convenient access to travel around the city. Highly recommend staying here.
