素晴らしい立地で　東京も何処に行くのも便利です。が、部屋はとても狭くて古く 隣の部屋の滞在者のいびきがよく聞こえました。次回はメインタワーかアネックスに泊まるべきだと思いました。

The hotel is clean and very well located next to the Shinagawa station. The room was a bit small for me and very warm. Did not have enough time to enjoy all the attraction in the hotel. Next time

Convenient but small
A typical Japanese business hotel. If you have a big suitcase, you won’t have space to open it. Very close to Shinagawa station & super convenient.

The Shinagawa Prince EAST TOWER is quite old and the bathroom in my room was unacceptably dirty and had too much visible mold around the sink and shower tub. The hotel lobby is dark and steps at lobby entrance from the street side are dark. Self check-in was intuitive and there is staff to assist if you have questions or problems. Overall the East Tower provides a savings but is not a bargain. You may even find that you get a little less than what you pay for if you factor in the cleanliness.

In comparison to the main tower, the amenities were similar, but there were some items that were not provided in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

This place make you as if you are sleeping in the coffin. That’s how small this room is. Property is very old and need major renovations. If you need good night sleep avoid this place

There were some loud guests and the East Tower isn’t that good with soundproofing but everything else was wonderful with being close to the station, things to do right there, luggage drop-off, and helpfulness of staff

The property was well maintained, staff was very helpful. some speak English and that helped. The area has a of dining options from tradition Japanese sushi to simple sandwich at a 7-eleven store on the property. Train station is right across the street, so convenient to catch a train anywhere close by.

Good place to stay
Good hotel, great location. Room are extremely small. being 6.4 i was hitting my head on the roof in the shower. Also if your elderly, getting in and out of the shower would be pretty dangerous. Staff were ok, had a few miscommunications but may be down the language barriers. Plenty of restaurants and a 2 min walk to Shinagawa station. Overall i would say it's ok. Nothing special, but clean and tidy with a good location.

DECENT FOR THE PRICE
Not bad for the price. Room is tiny, but that’s expected in Japan. Unless you’re staying at Western style hotels.
