Front desk service is very slow. Also the staff were preferentially nicer to foreigners and less attentive to Asian travelers. During prolong wait for check out, the staff member approached all non Asian clients in line while preferentially skipped and ignored the Asian clients. This is quite unacceptable. We will not be coming here even though the room was clean and quiet.

I stayed 12 nights at Shiba Park Hotel. If there had been something wrong with the hotel, I would have been eager to leave. However that was not the case as I loved my stay and was very comfortable there! The room was very nice and comfortable as was the whole hotel. I enjoyed the dining room for breakfast and some dinners too. People who work in the hotel are so nice! Very nice neighborhood and so convenient to the Diamon subway station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely brilliant stay in Tokyo - the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Not very touristy, and sitting in Shiba Park on an evening is a great way to wind down a day. The rest of Tokyo is easily accessible with nearby Metro Stops and further access through Hamamatsucho Station. Cannot reccomend enough!

Friendly staff looked after us very well. Room was cosy and tidy. Comfortable beds and nice fluffy, warm quilt covers, not thin sheet like blankets, like other hotels. Plenty of pillows in each room. Easy access to convenience stores, cafes, McDonald’s etc, only few minute walk around the corner. Awesome location, central to all stations, within walking distance, which made it very easy to get around Tokyo. Fresh towels every day. Room service cleaning every second day. Impressive variety of complimentary bathroom supplies, facial kits, modern hairdryer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, headbands, bathroom slippers, foldable brushes, creams, soaps, and more. Communal ice machine, cold water machines, self laundry, microwave. Lots of cool little nooks on each level, to sit, read and relax. Two fast lifts. Beautiful entrance, met with polite, helpful staff that cater to your every desire. Multilingual staff, fluent in both English and Japanese. They take care of your luggage as you arrive and depart. Will hold your luggage in a safe area on your check out day for a few hours, if needed. Vending machines close by. Overall, perfect hotel for all Tokyo explorers. 10/10. Highly recommend.

The property was in a perfect location. Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park where all walking distance. Restaurants, stores and Starbucks are just just around the corner. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is the best we ever been. Great food.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is a good location close to multiple stations and in a slightly less busy area of Tokyo which was nice. However rooms are a bit dated and bathroom very small. Soundproofing in rooms wasn’t great. Could hear talking from other rooms. However, overall good.

The Shiba Park Hotel was a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great and walkable - close to various tourist sites and the trains are very close. Overall, great hotel.

All the room amenities were great such as the skincare kits and other toiletries. The room size was good for three people as we had one bunk bed and one single bed. The location was convenient. Short walk to Tokyo Tower and any subway stations you may need to take. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My friends and I would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in Tokyo.

We had a triple and it was perfect for our family (me and 2 kids (ages 15 and 12). I could hear some thumps from the room above, but it was very quiet (no voices, no tv). We loved everything about it - except for the smell from the bathroom (sewer-ish). It was only in the bathroom and not always. I'm sure it's an issue with the greater plumbing and it was not awful - just not pleasant at times. It didn't affect the other part of the room. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating. We loved everything else about this stay - convenient to many subway lines. clean, quiet and cozy.

What a great gem! Location is great near a couple of train lines. Convenience stores about a 45 second walk down the street. Easy walk to Tokyo Tower and temple, along the way is a wonderful pastry cafe. Would recommend to anyone and will be back.

An absolute pleasure to have stayed at this hotel. From the minute we arrived, the staff made sure that we were taken care of. Everyone was accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The property itself was clean and smelled wonderful, and our room was as described. I especially liked all of the sustainable and earth-friendly efforts by the hotel. Absolutely recommended.

Nice and peaceful hotel within walking distance of Tokyo Tower. The lobby was stunning. We arrived early and luckily our room was already available to us (perfect after a long flight). A free coffee machine in reception was also very welcome!

My husband and I loved staying at shiba park! The staff were amazing and accommodating answering all of our questions and helping us organise sending our luggage on to our next hotel in Kyoto. The room itself was spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower gel and body lotions smelled divine was well! Would 10/10 recommend and stay again.

We loved the fireplace book reading area. Very calming and relaxing. The rooms we're very small though. Our bedroom door could barely close with the stroller and baby bed. The beds themselves were also smaller than we expected. The "twin bed" is only large enough for one adult, where most of the time we see the twin bed is actually a full. Mostly, we enjoyed the easy access to the Metro and Tokyo tower.

From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the right choice. As a family traveling with our son and carrying ski gear, finding a hotel that offered ample space, a convenient location, cleanliness, and affordability was crucial. After thorough research and reading glowing reviews, we decided to book our stay - and it exceeded all our expectations. Location: Shiba Park Hotel boasts an enviable location, just a 4-minute walk from Daimon station and a leisurely 10-minute stroll from Tokyo Tower. Situated in a business district, the hotel manages to strike the perfect balance between prime location and tranquility. We found ourselves immersed in the heart of Tokyo while enjoying the peacefulness of the surrounding area. Spacious Rooms: One of the standout features of Shiba Park Hotel is the generous room size. Our spacious 44 sqm room was a rare find in Tokyo, providing ample space for our family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It was a welcome change to be able to spread out and not feel cramped. Unique Design: This is for the book lovers, Shiba Park Hotel is a true haven. Each floor features a dedicated book room, and we were delighted to find a bookshelf in our own room. Being surrounded by books added a charming touch to our stay. Exceptional Service: The staff at Shiba Park Hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. our son fell ill and started vomiting. The staff immediately responded with kindness proving us extra towels
