Located approximately 4 minutes on foot from JR Saikyo Line KitaAkabane Station, with easy access to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Situated in a very quiet residential area, there are large supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores in the vicinity, ensuring that all essential items are readily available.

With many local residents around, you can truly enjoy the local flavors.

The room consists of two rooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bedroom. There is a separate shower room, toilet, and washbasin.

Our stay

The communication is exceptional. It was an unusual hot time and we aske for a fan and they brought one right away. I do wish the air mattresses where thicker then a camping matt and there where more places inside to hang clothes to day. It was a great place for the price and location. Thank you
